How long does it take to ship and receive my Legacy Board?
In stock items usually ship within 72 hours and should be received within 7-10 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United States.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Gifted items may be an exception, please contact us to discuss. Shipping will be the responsibility of the returnee.
Why does my table have a blemish?
Our tables are “perfectly imperfect”. We enhance the natural shape, form and markings of the wood. They are all made by hand to accentuate its natural beauty. They are not machine manufactured.
What maintenance is required for Legacy Boards Backgammon products?
We stand by the durability and longevity of our backgammon boards. To ensure your board maintains its pristine condition, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place when not in use and gently wiping it down with a soft, damp cloth after each game. Proper care and attention will help your Legacy Boards Backgammon product maintain its beauty for years to come. Care instructions will be included with your purchase.
How long will it take to make my custom Legacy Board?
It depends on the customization. Legacy tabletop boards on average are 4 weeks. Legacy tables can be up to 12 weeks plus or minus. We will discuss this with you when we start your custom build.
Do you have a showroom?
Our shop is in Marshall, NC. Contact us to visit our shop and see available pieces. We also have pieces on display at Grovewood Gallery, 111 Grovewood Rd, Unit 2, Asheville, NC.
How big are your dice cups?
Large cups: 3.25 in x 3.25 in x 3.75 in Small cups: 2.5 in x 2.5 in x 3.25 in
How big are the checkers?
Checker size is dependent upon the board/table size. 1.25 in (31.75 mm), 1.5 in (38.1 mm) or 1.75 in (44.45 mm)
How big is the doubling cube?
On average, 1.18 in (30 mm) They can vary if custom.
