Our Shipping / Return Policy
Shipping is included for all domestic sales . International sales will be calculated separately as an additional charge. All sales are final.
Under certain circumstances, exchanges can be accommodated for a like-kind replacement. In the event an exchange is granted shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you feel an exchange is warranted please contact us directly as we want to insure our valued customers 100% satisfaction.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for international shipping is based on the weight of your products, and your international location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Domestic US items are subject to free shipping.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Gift purchases may be exchanged for like-kind items. In such an event the returnee is responsible for shipping costs.
